We tend to ship using the USPS as the post office is only a block away. If you prefer another method, let us know and we'll do what we can. We use and re-use packaging materials - and encourage you to do the same.
If you're along our diaper service delivery route, we'll gladly drop items off at your home/work. You may pick items up at our Camden location - just call or email first as we operate from home with two lovely children.
Items sold at discounted rates are final sales.
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Buzzie Bee Diapers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.
